(More customer reviews)I bought this because I wanted a long spreader for large sandwiches, but it cuts great too.This isn't the first thing I'd buy if I was stocking a kitchen drawer with knives and such, but I really find it useful.If you don't make a lot of sandwiches I'm not sure you would need it.This is a fairly specialized item.I paid a lot less than 25.00 for mine too.I think I paid 11.95- and I'm very happy with it for that price.
